A new rendering image with the successor of the Lamborghini Gallardo has recently hit the web and it might provide us with a first look into the new supercar.
The Lamborghini Gallardo’s successor, or the Cabrera as it is rumored to be named, has already been caught by spy photographers while being tested, but due to its camouflaged body, we have no clue how the model might look like. That is until now, when a new rendering of the supercar has hit the web. The bonnet of Gallardo’s replacement looks to be longer and lower and the rear end is now higher.
The so-called Lamborghini Cabrera is also expected to be longer and wider than the model it’s replacing and its interior design should be completely new. As for the engine lineup, Lamborghini’s newcomer should get the same 5.2 liter V10 engine, from the current LP 570-4, but its output should reach 600 HP. The unit will be mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The brand new Lamborghini Cabreara is expected to be officially presented to the public, in a concept form, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The supercar should go on sale sometimes next year.
