Lamborghini Murcielago crashed in CA, driver flees the scene image

A Lamborghini Murcielago supercar has been recently crashed in the U.S. after the driver has lost control of the wheel due to excessive speeding.

Where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes, this is what we’ve always said here on inautonews.com, and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from the U.S., where a Lamborghini Murcielago has definitely seen better days. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the Italian supercar in question has been crashed in San Diego, CA, just hours after it as purchased.

Our source says that the couple has bought it for 220,000 USD that day but both of them have fled the scene before the cops arrived. Our guess is that no one was injured, which is more than we can say about the supercar. As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 has been officially presented to the public back in 2006, during the Geneva Motor Show. The model is getting a 6.5 liter engine under its hood which is producing a total output of 640 PS (631 HP / 471 kW) at 8,000 rpm. The price for the Italian supercar in the United States was set at 318,800 USD MSRP, when it was brand new.
