The Lamborghini Veneno has been recently named the world’s ugliest supercar ever being compared to the Italian fascism.
The newest creation of Lamborghini is named the Veneno, and it’s a supercar made in just 3 units, overpriced and, apparently, overrated. And if you thought that owning a Lamborghini Veneno is cool, think again, because Edmunds says that the vehicle is the world’s ugliest car ever.
“Every supercar cliché and every bad idea Lamborghini ever had, stuffed into one overpriced showcar. It’s the worst thing out of Italy since fascism. Mercifully, only three will be made, which is still three too many”, as the guys at Edmunds are saying.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Veneno has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a world premiere, in March. The model is powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine, which is producing a total output of 740 HP (552 kW). The unit is mated to a seven-speed ISR robotized manual transmission which is allowing the supercar to reach a top speed of 354 km/h (220 mph). The price for a Veneno has been set a 3.1 million GBP or 3.57 million EUR / 4.65 million USD.
