The Lancia Flavia Cabrio has a starting price of 42,900 euros, according to the car manufacturer.
After being officially presented to the public at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, the Lancia Flavia Cabrio is once again placed into the spotlights with the automaker announcing its official starting price of 42,900 euros. Lancia says that the Flavia Cabrio is powered by a 2.4 liter engine, similar to the Audi 1.8 TFSI, which is developing a total output of 175 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 225 Nm, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
The new Lancia Flavia Cabrio can be described only as the result of Fiat and Chrysler collaborating in order to improve their models, because the vehicle is a rebadged Chrysler 200 Convertible. The Flavia Cabrio will be offered with this single engine and in a single trim level, with features such as the ESP, leather interior, automatic climate control, electrically operated roof, heated seats, heated mirrors, electric mirrors, adaptive headlights, navigation, audio system, six-speaker Boston Acoustics and alloy wheels.
The main competitor in Europe of the Lancia Flavia Cabrio is the Audi A5 Cabrio, with its 1.8 liter TFSI engine, generating 170 horsepower, so if you have nearly 50,000 euros to spend on a D-segment convertible, what would it be?
