Lancia has recently announced that the Flavia Cabrio Red Carpet special edition will be officially presented to the public at the Venice Film Festival.
According to the car manufacturer, the Lancia Flavia Red Carpet special edition has been jointly-developed with Poltrona Frau, and the model is getting a white exterior and some Pelle Frau Pieno Fiore leather upholstery. Other changes haven’t been announced yet, except for the GPS navigation system, the Boston Acoustic audio system and the Uconnect infotainment system.
“During the Venice Film Festival, Lancia will present a special edition of the new Flavia created in collaboration with Poltrona Frau, which this year will celebrate its one hundredth anniversary. This unique model will be on show at the Festival both on the catwalk on the red carpet and inside the Lancia Café area”, as the automaker is saying in its officially press release.
Just like the regular version of the Lancia Flavia, the Red Carpet Special Edition will still be powered by the 2.4 liter engine, which is producing a total output of 175 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 225 Nm, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Prices for this version haven’t been announced yet but the regular variant can be bought from 42,900 euros on the Old Continent.
