The last unit of the pocket-rocket BMW 1M Coupe has been recently delivered to its customer at the BMW Welt.
One of the most interesting cars made by BMW over the last years, the 1M Coupe, has ended its life after just approximately 5,000 units produced and the last model has been recently delivered to its customer at the Welt. The delivery of the last BMW 1M Coupe marks the end of an era and this is quite sad for the company’s fans who saw in the pocket-rocket the revival of the iconic BMW M3 E30.
As a small reminder, the BMW 1M Coupe was being offered in Black Sapphire Metallic, Alpine White and Valencia Orange, and the model came in standard with 19-inch wheels, borrowed from the M3 E92 GTS, the M slip differential, DSC with sport settings and dynamic M, a manual six-speed transmission with short shift and many other things. Under the hood, the 1M Coupe is powered by a turbocharged six-cylinder 2,979cc engine, which is developing 340 HP at 5,900 rpm and 500 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h.
