The final Ford Falcon is now teased as the model in question will go on sale in Australia this November.
Ford is currently teasing out the final version of the Falcon as the model in question is getting ready to go on sale in Australia in November. According to the company, this will be the last ever Falcon as the carmaker has announced its plans to close down the production facilities it currently has in the Pacific country by October 2016. From the teaser image posted above, we can notice that the new Falcon has a design similar to the one of the new Mondeo / Fusion, but this will pretty much remain the same as the current model.
The final version of the Ford Falcon will be getting the streamlined taillights, revised wheel arches, the different boot lid, the new alloy wheel designs, the SYNC system made by Ford along with some other tweaks. Australians will be getting the lightly updated six-cylinder unit, along with the four-cylinder EcoBoost and the LPG powertrains which will be improving fuel efficiency. More details on the Ford Falcon pictured above are limited for the moment and will be announced over the following months, when it will go on sale.
