During the “Salon de Buenos Aires” the American brand has decided to give fans of the popular pickup truck the option to blend both work and leisure, equipping it with a raft of readily available original manufacturer accessories.
This means Chevrolet could easily send to the production line the S10 Trailboss Concept – to blend the cases where people use the pickup truck for some work and then some weekend adventures outside of urban environments. The S10 Trailboss looks like a ready to be produced version of the pickup already popular with Latin American users, for this installment getting a range of original accessories developed by Chevrolet to further improve the truck’s off-road capability. It also gets a new metallic yellow paint and personalization elements in black.
Running boards and an integrated roll bar, an LED lightbar at the front, steps on the rear attachment to ease the access to the bed, a tubular roll bar, as well as a basket-type roof rack are there to enhance both off-roading capabilities and practicality. There are also all-terrain mud tires and an air snorkel for the engine, protective frames on the wheels, extended side stirrups and external mirrors, 18-inch aluminum wheels, and a different grille with a blacked-out Chevy logo. The interior of the concept includes the seats, dashboard, armrest, and steering wheel wrapped in orange stitching leather – with the Trailboss Concept emblems reminding you this is not a run of the mill S10. The infotainment system includes JBL audio, MyLink with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well as GM’s OnStar system.
