A couple of images partially revealing the design of the new Alfa Romeo Giulia have ended up on the web, hours before the model will be officially unveiled.
The new BMW 3-Series fighter wearing the Alfa Romeo badges on its body is an extremely important model for the brand because it will continue where the 159 has left off and it is showing us that the Italian brand still has what it needs in order to remain competitive. The vehicle in question will be called the Giulia and will be aimed towards the D-segment for premium cars and, at first at least, it will be offered in a sedan body style.
The two images posted below aren’t of best quality but they are enough to tell us what we need to know about the car, ahead of its public debut which will be made in just a few hours. The photos are believed to show us the Quadrifoglio Verde version which is adding the front fender vents, the trunk mounted spoiler, the shark fin antenna, the rear diffuser, the four-tailpipe exhaust system and the larger alloy wheels, covering the red braking calipers. Rumor has it that the Alfa Romeo Giulia will pack a wide range of four- and six-cylinder turbocharged engines under its hood which will be capable of producing up to 526 HP (387 kW). Additional details on the car remain unknown for the moment but stay tuned for the official images and details.
