The upcoming luxury SUV which will be signed by Maserati has recently leaked out in a series of patent images, which are revealing that the vehicle is just inches away from production.
The development of the Maserati Levante is no longer a surprise as the model has been the subject to a lot of reports but in case you have been wondering how it may look like, on its exterior design, the answer is quite simple, very similar to the images posted below. These photos are showing us the familiar design which will be making it instantly recognizable as a Maserati. The model will be coming with the new front fascia, compared to the Kubang Concept, with new headlights, with a lower air intake, with fog lights and more.
The production version of the Maserati Levante will also come with a more conventional tailgate, with a four tailpipe exhaust system, with restyled headlights and with a side profile which resembles the one of the one-off vehicle. Rumor has it that the engine lineup which will be offered on the luxury SUV will include the V6 variants with two outputs, 350 HP (257 kW) and 425 HP (312 kW), along with a V8, which will be producing more than 560 HP (412 kW). Diesel lovers will be able to choose from the 250 HP (184 kW), 275 HP (202 kW) and 340 HP (250 kW) outputs. The production Levante is expected to debut at the 2016 NAIAS, in Detroit, next January.
