Leaked – We know how the interior of the 2017 Porsche Panamera looks image

We’re pretty used to leaked images of technology devices coming from so-called “leaksters” that use them as social media tools – but having a car interior leak that way is still rather fresh.

Well, Porsche fan site 911LegendsNeverDie did use Instagram to provide the entire world with the image of the cabin of the upcoming 2017 Porsche Panamera sports sedan. Thanks to this leak there’s nothing more left to the imagination – as we get a first and very clear glimpse of the high-tech dashboard, complete with the center stack, instrument panel and steering wheel. Most importantly, since we know how the 2017 Porsche Panamera interior looks like, we also know how the next generation Cayenne sport utility vehicle cabin will look like (with the mandatory changes due to the different body proportions of an SUV).

Compared to the previous, outgoing iteration of the Panamera, the sedan has a big center display screen with tablet-like orientation (unlike some current models going for portrait-style orientation) that is most likely a touchscreen. This is the reason there are so few buttons around the gear shifter and the looks ooze modernism and minimalism. Classic fans aren’t forgotten since the instrument dials keep the usual layout and we also noticed the central chronograph. We also know the Panamera is making a switch to the all new modular MSB architecture, it will use smaller V8 engines in the Turbo and Turbo S derivations and will get treated to a wagon body style as well.
