Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus has recently announced its plans to attend the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, for the first time ever.
The Toyota premium brand will showcase the 2014 Lexus IS lineup at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, where visitors will have a change of test driving the vehicles, in an attempt to attract more customers in the company. Besides the 2014 Lexus IS, the carmaker will also bring the Gazoo Racing LFA, which triumphed back in 2012 at the 24 Hours of the Nurburgring, along with the GS and the regular LFA. More details on what Lexus will bring to the Goodwood Festival of Speed will probably be announced over the following months.
As a quick reminder, The Lexus LFA is a sports coupe with two seats which came in two body styles, two-door coupe and two-door roadster. The Japanese supercar is 4,505 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,220 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm and a total weight of 1,480-1,580 kg (3,263-3,483 lb). The Lexus LFA has been produced in 500 units, 20 monthly, and it was assembled in Motomachi, Toyota City, Japan. The 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed is scheduled for 12-14 July.
