Lexus has dropped a couple of extra teaser images with the upcoming LF-C2, which will be introduced in a few hours, during the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Lexus is currently bringing the new LF-C2 Concept into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a couple of more teaser images, which are showing the front fascia of the model and part of its cabin. The vehicle in question is coming with larger side air vents in the front bumper, with a glossy black grille surround, with LED daytime running lights extended and several other tweaks to help it stand out.
The one-off Lexus LF-C2 will receive a production version in the near future which will become the RC Cabrio, in an effort to enter a segment currently dominated by Germans. Rumor has it that the model in question will come with the same 3.5 liter V6 engine currently used on the RC 350, with its 306 HP, or with the RC 300h’s 2.5 liter backed up by an electric motor. The 5.0 liter V8 unit, from the RC F, might be also introduced, with its 467 HP (348 kW) and 527 Nm (389 lb-ft) of torque.
