Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus is planning to introduce the production version of the LF-NX Concept next year, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
After it was officially unveiled just a few months ago, at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Lexus LF-NX Concept is entering our news once again, this time with a report which is saying that the model will receive a production version which should be unveiled in Geneva, next year. This has been hinted by the company’s director, Paul Van der Burgh, who has recently spoken to the guys at Auto Express, but if you were hoping to find out some interesting details on the crossover, you will be disappointed.
However, we will remind you that the Lexus LF-NX Concept has been taking its power from a hyrbrid setup, which was using a 2.5 liter Atkinson cycle four-cylinder engine, backed up by an electric motor. The model in question had a spindle grille, a diamond shaped mesh, sharp headlights with independent daytime running lights, boomerang taillights, muscular wheel arches and a driver oriented cockpit. The vehicle was finished in a Brushed Metal silver paint. More details on the model have been kept a secret and will probably be announced in Geneva, next year.
