Lexus LS-based TX-650 by TMG teased for Essen debut image

Toyota Motorsport GmbH has recently released a few teaser images with the TX-650 ahead of the model’s public debut at the 2012 Essen Motor Show.

According to the Japanese based automaker, the TMG TX-650 is based on the Lexus LS and the model will be officially presented to the public later on this month, during the 2012 Essen Motor Show. The so-called TX-650 signed by TMG (Toyota Motorsport GmbH) is coming with some interesting features which will definitely attract a small crowd during the automotive event where the model will be unveiled.

Toyota Motorsport GmbH says that the Lexus LS-based TX-650 will get widened fenders, a carbon fiber roof, carbon ceramic brakes, several carbon fiber aero parts and BBS alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires, amongst others. The TMG TX-650 will be powered by a 5.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which will produce a total output of more than 600 HP (447 kW), which will be enough to allow the model to accelerate up to a top speed of 322 km/h (200 mph). Additional details on the Lexus LS-based TX-650 by TMG are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2012 Essen Motor Show on the 30th of November.
