A very new Lexus RC F featuring a very special theme – wearing the Los Angeles Clippers colors – will go home to a very special owner after the tickets for a raffle would be sold at $100 a piece.
The raffle will have tickets selling for a little while longer so you may want to hurry up if you plan to drive home in a brand new Lexus RC F wrapped in a Los Angeles Clippers related theme. The high-performance coupe has been adorned with the basketball team’s livery and even has a buzzer horn. The bespoke navigation system is voiced by none other than the team’s coach Doc Rivers and the sound comes out of unique speaker grilles shaped to mimic a basketball. Additional touches include a wide array of Clippers logos and a unique locker room trunk where you can find and collect all the needed memorabilia. The vehicle’s regular dashboard clock has been replaced by a game clock and there are also Clippers Nation-embroidered seats, a retrofitted steering wheel, and backboard-like red LED lights around the windshield.
No mechanical upgrades have been applied to the machine – which is anyways mean from the get go. The one-off Lexus RC F is powered by a naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine churning out 467 horsepower and 389 pound-feet of torque. It will handle the 60 mph (96 km/h) run in just 4.4 seconds and will only top out at 168 mph (270 km/h). All of the money collected from the raffle will be supporting the Clippers Foundation that helps children from the Los Angeles region.
