Lotus Exige V6 Cup going to Brands Hatch image

Lotus has recently announced that the Exige V6 Cup will make its official debut at the Lotus Festival in Brands Hatch.

According to the British based automaker, the Lotus Exige V6 Cup will b the most extreme version of the model ever made and this will be offered in tow flavors, the Track Day, which will be priced at 62,995 pounds, and the Competition Spec, which will become available for its future buyers starting at 74,995 pounds.

Lotus says that the Exige V6 Cup is getting the Lotus Performance Management system which is allowing the driver to switch between Race, Sport and Touring modes and other goodies include the aero-optimized front splitter, the rear diffuser, the rear wing, the multi-adjustable suspension, the Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo tires, the HANS-compliant racing seats, the removable steering wheel, the roll cage, the FIA-compliant fire extinguisher and more.

Power to the Lotus Exige V6 Cupe is being provided by a 3.5 liter supercharged engine, which is producing a total output of 346 horsepower, enough to enable the 1,080 kg (2,381 pounds) car to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 170 mph (273 km/h).
