Renault has recently launched the Megane RS 265 Cup in Malaysia, where the hot hatch is now available for its future customers starting at RM234, 526.80 on the road without insurance.
According to the French based automaker, the Renault Megane RS 265 Cup is approximately RM5,000 more expensive than the RS 250 launched in November. The hot hatch is now coming with Recaro bucket seats wrapped in fabric and with leather edges, AUX, USB, gloss black trim, carbon effect finish, daytime running lights, 18-inch Tibor wheels finished in matte black, the RS logo and that unique body kit to help it stand out in a crowd.
The most important part of the Renault Megane RS 265 Cup is under its hood, where the 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is resting. The unit is producing a total output of 265 HP and it has a peak torque of 360 Nm, which is basically 15 HP and 20 Nm more than the RS 250. The French hot hatch can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. Prices for the model start at RM234,526.80.
