Maserati has recently announced the official price list of the new Ghibli, during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
According to the car manufacturer, the Maserati Ghibli’s cheapest version will be the diesel, which will set you back for 48,830 GBP. This model will only become available in Europe, as the U.S. auto market will receive the other two gasoline powered versions. The twin turbo V6 has been priced from 52,275 GBP, while for the naturally aspirated V8 unit, future customers in the UK will have to pay at least 63,415 GBP, before getting their hands on the model.
As a quick reminder, the Maserati Ghibli is also the automaker’s first model to receive a diesel engine, in the shape of a 3.0 liter turbocharged V6 unit, which is producing a total output of 275 HP (202 kW) and it has a peak torque of 600 Nm (443 lb-ft). The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.3 seconds. The average fuel consumption stands at 6.0 L / 100 km (47 mpg UK / 39.2 mpg US) and the CO2 emissions stop at 160 g/km. The Ghibli is also getting a 3.0L V6 twin-turbo gasoline with 330 HP (243 kW) and 550 Nm of torque (369 lb-ft), and a 410 HP (301 kW) and 550 Nm of torque (405 lb-ft) unit.
