Maserati, the Italian automaker has just announced that the new Maserati GranTurismo Sport will be unveiled next month at Geneva Motor Show.
The car is essentially the coupe version of the equally-stunning GranTurismo Convertible Sport launched last year and packs the same 450 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque 4.7-liter V-8.
Elsewhere, revised headlamps now incorporate LED daytime running lights and the tail-lamps get darker lenses than on the standard GranTurismo.
Two transmissions choices will be offered on the Sport. The standard gearbox is a six-speed torque converter automatic, while a six-speed sequential manual transaxle ’box comes as an option. The latter has steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, a feature that’s optional with the auto ’box.
Pricing has yet to be revealed, but the GranTurismo Sport is likely to cost around £90,000 when the car reaches the UK in September.
