The new Maserati Quattroporte generation has been recently launched in Malaysia where the cheapest version of the model is now available for order from RM898,800.
Malaysians are now able to order the new Maserati Quattroporte generation as the model has been recently launched in the Asian Country. According to the car manufacturer, the only units available for the model in Malaysia are the V6 and V8, both of them direct injected and turbocharged. The Maserati Quattroporte S is getting the V6 under its hood, with a 3.0L twin turbo V6, producing 410 HP at 5,500 rpm and 550 Nm of torque, available between 1,750 rpm and 5,000 rpm, enough for a 285 km/h top speed and a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 5.1 seconds.
The Maserati Quattroporte GTS is getting the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine under its hood, which is producing a total output of 530 HP at 6,500 rpm and 650 Nm of torque, between 2,000 rpm and 4,000 rpm, or 710 Nm from 2,250 rpm to 3,500 rpm, in overboost. The top speed stands at 307 km/h and the 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 4.7 seconds. Driving modes available are the Auto Normal, Auto Sport, Manual Normal, Manual Sport and ICE (Increased Control and Efficiency). Prices for the Quattroporte V6 start at RM898,800 and for the Quattroporte V8 at RM1,138,800.
