The first teaser image with the brand new Mazda CX-3 has been released by the company as the model will be making its debut in Los Angeles, next month.
Mazda will be officially presenting to the public its newest crossover and also the smallest one up to date, the CX-3. The model in question is getting ready to go official these days as the car manufacturer has released the first details and also the first teaser image with it. The sketch posted above is showing a stylish crossover which has apparently received some plastic body cladding, a prominent front grille, sloping roofline and let’s not forget those large five double spoke wheels.
Rumor has it that the Mazda CX-3 is based on the Mazda2 and this means that a variety of engines might be found under its hood, which will include the 75 HP (55 kW) and 135 Nm (99 lb-ft) of torque or the 90 HP (66 kW) and 148 Nm (109 lb-ft) 1.5L SKYACTIV-G, the 115 HP (85 kW) and 148 Nm (109 lb-ft) 1.5L SKYACTIV-G i-ELOOP and the 105 HP (77 kW) and 220 Nm (162 lb-ft) 1.5L SKYACTIV-D. The third crossover in the Mazda lineup will be unveiled on the 19th of November, during the Los Angeles Auto Show.
