Fresh details on the 2016 CX-3 compact crossover have been announced by Mazda recently.
Waiting to go on sale in the United States this fall, the 2016 Mazda CX-3 is now being highlighted once more, as the carmaker has announced some fresh details on it. According to the company, the model in question will become available in three versions, the Sport, the CX-3 Touring and the CX-3 Grand Touring. The entry-level model is coming with features such as the MAZDA CONNECT infotainment system with a 7-inch display, 60/40 split folding rear seat, power windows, power locks, cruise control, premium cloth seats, tilt / telescoping steering wheel, air conditioning and more.
The mid-range CX-3 Touring is adding the 16-inch alloy wheels, the mirror-mounted turn signals, the standard center armrest, the 6-speaker audio system and it can be also fitted with options such as the 7-speaker Bose audio system, the power moonroof, the leatherette upholstery, heated front seats and others. The range-topping version, the CX-3 Grand Touring, is coming with automatic climate control, with a Bose audio system, heated front seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, LED fog lights, LED headlights, leather / Lux Suede upholstery and power moonroof. Customers can also get the GT i-ACTIVSENSE package, adding the automatic headlights and rain sensing wipers, the Mazda Radar Cruise Control system, lane departure warning and others. All models are powered by the 146 HP (108 kW) and 197 Nm (146 lb-ft) of torque 2.0L SKYACTIV-G engine, connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission. AWD is optional.
