The Mazda MX-5 Senshu special edition will be launched in Germany, where 200 units will be manufactured.
After being officially presented to the public a few days ago during the 2012 AMI (Auto Mobil International) in Leipzig, Germany, the Mazda MX-5 Senshu is once again being placed into the spotlights, this time with the Japanese based automaker announcing its launch in Germany. According to the car manufacturer, only 200 units of the special edition Mazda MX-5 Senshu will be available in Germany and the model is based on the soft top Sports Line Version, coming with a choice of three colors: red, white and black.
Mazda says that the MX-5 Senshu special edition is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, which is developing a total output of 158 horsepower, mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is sending power to the rear wheels. The Mazda MX-5 Senshu special edition is coming with a black cloth top and the model is sitting on 17-inch alloy wheels with a dark look, wrapped in 205/45 tires. The model has also been fitted with a rear diffuser, finished in matte black, and the front grille surround has the same finish. Unique racing stripes have been added to the profile and the back is getting twin chrome tail pipes. The model will be priced at 29,190 euros and only 200 units will be available.
