Mazda6 Takumi special edition was launched in Romania image

A special edition of the Mazda6, named the Takumi, has been recently launched in Romania by the Japanese based automaker.

The Mazda6 Takumi special edition is based on the TE Sport and it’s coming, according to the guys at, with new design features and more “goodies” for its future customers. The Mazda6 Takumi special edition is adding tinted windows, rear spoiler, a new front grille, a new color, named the Grey Dolphin and a fresh set of 17-inch alloy wheels. The interior design of the Mazda6 Takumi hasn’t been left aside either and the company has fitted it with leather and textile material for the seats, two-zone air conditioner, Bluetooth, TomTom navigation system with CD player, heated front windows, front and rear parking sensors and many more.

Mazda says that the Takumi Xenon version will add bi-xenon headlights, along with headlamp washing system and the RVM technology. The Mazda6 Takumi special edition is available with a choice of two engines, a 2.0 liter petrol burner, which is developing a total output of 155 horsepower, and a 2.2 liter diesel unit, generating 129 horsepower. Both engines are mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The Mazda6 Takumi special edition has a starting price of 22,890 euros, VAT included.
