The McLaren 12C Can-AM GT will hit the production line and just 30 units of the model will see daylight.
According to the British based automaker, the McLaren 12C Can-AM GT will enter production and the company is planning to assemble just 30 units of the supercar. Exclusivity doesn’t come cheap, especially when we’re talking about a race car so if you’re looking forward to getting your hands on it, then get ready to empty your bank account because the price of the supercar will be set from 375,000 pounds.
The McLaren 12C Can-AM GT isn’t street legal and the company says that it has been designed to be an “ultimate track car”. The vehicle is getting an unrestricted version of the 3.8 liter twin turbocharged V8 engine, which is producing a whopping total output of 630 HP. Besides the hot unit, the McLaren 12C Can-AM GT is also getting a large carbon fiber rear wing and the lightweight material has also been used on the side mirrors. Production of the McLaren 12C Can-AM GT will begin in March 2013.
