The British based automaker McLaren has recently announced the starting price of the 12C GT Can-Am Edition, which has been set at 596, 492 USD over-seas.
After announcing the production start of the supercar just a day before writing this article, McLaren is placing the 12C GT Can-Am Edition into the spotlights once again, this time by announcing the official starting price of the supercar over-seas, which has been set at 596,492 USD. The McLaren 12C GT Can-Am Edition is the most powerful 12C ever produced and it will go on sale in March.
“This forms part of a unique high-downforce aerodynamic package which has been honed by McLaren Racing using Formula 1 technology and simulation”, as McLaren said in a statement.
The McLaren 12C GT Can-Am Edition has been designed to be an “ultimate track car”, as the company says. The McLaren 12C GT Can-Am Edition is powered by an unrestricted version of the 3.8 liter twin turbocharged V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 630 HP. The model is receiving sill covers, side radiator intake vanes, door mirror mounts and covers and badges, along with the forged lightweight racing alloy wheels. The cabin is getting an FIA-approved roll cage, two bucket seats and the McLaren GT steering wheel.
