The British based automaker McLaren has recently announced the official starting price for the new 12C supercar in the United States, which has been set at 265, 750 USD, including the destination and processing fee of 2,500 USD.
After it was officially presented to the public earlier this year for the very first time, the all-new McLaren 12C Spider is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the car manufacturer announcing its base starting price in the United States, where it can be bought starting at 265,750 USD.
As a quick reminder, the McLaren 12C Spider is the convertible version of the McLaren MP4-12C and the model is powered by the same 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine like the Coupe, which is developing a total output of 625 PS, which are being sent to the rear-wheel drive through a seven-speed SSG dual-clutch transmission. The supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, the same as the Coupe, and it’s burning an average of 11.7 liters of fuel every 100 km (24.2 mpg EU), while the CO2 emissions stop at 270 g/km. The McLaren 12C Spider is available in 22 countries across the globe and the first deliveries will begin in November.
