McLaren has introduced the configuration apps for the 650S which are available for Android and iOS.
After launching the online configurator for the brand new 650S supercar, McLaren has introduced the configuration apps for the model. This are available on Google Play and on the App Store and it’s allowing potential customers of the 650S, or the general public, to configure their dream car from just about any position on the globe, as long as there is an internet connection. The apps are bringing many options to choose from and there is also a desktop version.
The McLaren 650S has been officially unveiled a couple of weeks ago. The model has made its public debut during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in two body styles, coupe and roadster. The McLaren 650S can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.0 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 8.6 seconds, thanks to the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which has been updated and it’s now producing a total output of 651 HP (478 kW) and 678 Nm (500 lb-ft) of torque. The supercar’s top speed stands at 328 km/h (204 mph).
