The brand new McLaren 650S GT3 has been officially presented to the public, in a premiere, during the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
McLaren’s newest creation is named the 650S GT3 and it has been recently introduced at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The model in question has been based on the 650S Coupe and it’s a track only version of the supercar, coming with a more aggressive looks highlighted by the carbon fiber bits and pieces added to the front fascia and to the rear end, to the larger air intakes and so on.
Besides modifying it visually and making it lighter, the new McLaren 650S GT3 has also received an updated suspension geometry, wider tracks, a bespoke steering wheel, a digital dash display, an FIA approved roll cage and much more. Power to the track focused supercar is being provided by the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which has been upgraded. The car manufacturer didn’t provide any performance specifications on the supercar in question just yet so chances are we will see ii in the future too, especially with McLaren planning to delivering 15 units of it, along with 15 upgrade packages.
