McLaren 650S Spider gets dressed for Halloween image

It’s not often that we get to see supercars “dressed” for Halloween so coming across this McLaren 650S Spider made us want to share.

If your costume is ready, than why shouldn’t your ride get one as well? Especially if it’s an exotic model like this McLaren 650S. The image posted above has been released by McLaren San Francisco (FB) and it is showing the supercar, with its orange paint finish covering its body, along with the pumpkin-like teeth on the front fascia and a huge spider added to its roof. Obviously, these “accessories” won’t be found in the MSO catalog but it’s not hurting anyone to take a look at it.

The McLaren 650S has debuted at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. This came as a replacement for the old MP4-12C and it is more like a facelift than a completely new supercar. The vehicle is offered in two body styles, coupe and roadster, with the rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Under its hood we can find a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, the same one as the rest of the McLaren range, which is capable of putting down, in this situation, a total of 641 HP (478 kW) and 680 Nm (500 lb-ft) of torque. Power is being sent to the rear-wheel drive through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 650S Spider can reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in just a little over 3 seconds and it can go up to a top speed of 328 km/h (204 mph).
