McLaren has released new images with the 675LT which is now wearing an appealing green shade.
The McLaren 675LT is paying its tribute to the legendary F1 GTR Long Tail racer and after it has been unveiled during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere, and then brought to other automotive event, the supercar is now ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of some new images, which have been released by the British brand. The photos posted below are showing a bright-green finished example of the vehicle in action on the track and they definitely have what they need in order to become background images on some devices.
The exotic ride is the range-topping version of the Super Series, which includes the 650S and the 625C. The model is more track-focused and it has an airbrake 50 percent larger than the one of the 650S. Other modifications include the new front splitter, the F1-derived nose end-plates, it is capable of producing 40 percent more downforce and it also has the incorporated air conditioning controls into the touch screen infotainment system. We should also mention the Alcantara upholstery and the ultra-lightweight forged wheels. Under its hood, the 3.8 liter V8 twin turbo engine is capable of producing a total of 675 HP and 700 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear-wheel drive and the supercar is capable of reaching 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph).
