McLaren Special Operations has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, a unique MP4-12C supercar which was named the Bespoke Project 8.
After it has repainted an F1, MSO, McLaren Special Operations, is entering our news once more, this time with a unique MP4-12C supercar, which is getting some new tweaks that are making it even more irresistible, like the red carbon fiber trim, the ventilated front fenders or the new set of alloy wheels. The interior design of the McLaren Bespoke Project 8 is also mimicking the F1 and features like the red carbon fiber trim on the center stack, carbon fiber steering wheel or red and white leather upholstery have been added.
As a reminder, the 2012 McLaren MP4-12C is powered by a 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine which is generating a total output of 592 horsepower at 7.000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 443 lb-ft available between 3.000 and 7.000 rpm. The engine is allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds, before stopping at its 205 mph top speed. McLaren actually says that the Corsa tire option cuts down 0.2 seconds from the 0 to 62 mph acceleration time. The MP4-12C can do a quarter mile in 10.9 seconds at 134 mph.
