McLaren MP4-12C by Gemballa Racing offered for sale

Two very special 2012 McLaren MP4-12C supercars, modified and used by Gemballa Racing, are currently offered for sale.

If you’re a wealthy man (or woman in some small cases) who loves track days and wants to buy a new vehicle in order to satisfy his (her) speed needs, than this news might just be what you were looking for, because Gemballa Racing is currently selling two units of the McLaren MP4-12C. The ad on jameslist.com isn’t saying whether or not the two models are road-legal or if they can be modified in order to look like the Can-Am Edition, but even so, we must admit that they are more than interesting.

The British based automaker has only produced 25 units of the McLaren MP4-12C GT3 for the 2012 racing season and two such cars, used by Gemballa Racing, are currently looking for a new owner. The models are coming with the 3.8 liter V8 twin-turbo engine, which is producing a total output of 608 HP (447 kW). This is enough to allow the 1,235 (2,722 lbs) vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in approximately 3.3 seconds. Each model has been priced from 350,000 euros, at which the VAT might be added.
