A McLaren MP4-12C has been recently crashed into a Ford Flex, over the last weekend, in Miami, damaging most of its front section.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Miami, where a McLaren MP4-12C has definitely seen better days. According to the guys at GT Spirit, the British supercar has been crashed into a Ford Flex. The driver of the MP4-12C walked away unharmed, which is more than we can say about his ride.
As a reminder, the 2012 McLaren MP4-12C is powered by a 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine which is producing a total output of 592 horsepower at 7.000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 443 lb-ft available between 3.000 and 7.000 rpm. The engine is allowing the British supercar to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 205 mph. The Corsa tire option cuts down 0.2 seconds from the 0 to 62 mph acceleration time and the supercar can do a quarter mile in 10.9 seconds at 134 mph.
