Two people have been killed recently after a McLaren MP4-12C supercar has been crashed at high speed in Germany, on the 8th of November.
Cruising the streets in an impressive McLaren MP4-12C has turned out to be tragic has turned out to be a tragic way to go for the driver of the British supercar after his ride has collided head-on with an Opel Corsa. The 57-year old driver of the small hatchback has been killed on the spot and the man behind the wheel of the supercar has lost his life later, in hospital. In the MP4-12C, there was also an 8-year old body, who survived the crash, but has sustained serious injuries. Both vehicles have been completely destroyed.
The McLaren MP4-12C has been in production between 2011 and 2014 and it was assembled in Woking, Surrey, England. The supercar came in two body styles, MP4-12C (coupe) and 12C Spider (roadster) and it had a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Power was being provided by a 3.8 liter V8 twin turbo mid-mounted engine, which is capable of producing a total of 592 HP (441 kW) and 601 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. The supercar has been recently replaced by the 650S.
