The McLaren MP4-12C Project Alpha has recently leaked in a brochure, revealing some lines similar to the regular version of the MP4-12C.
The British based automaker McLaren has been criticized by some people that the MP4-12C isn’t looking like a proper supercar and, because of this, the model can’t rival with the design of the impressive Lamborghini Aventador or to the one of the Ferrari 458 Italia. In order to make the MP4-12C more appealing to some of its customers, McLaren has joined forces with a local Chicago dealer in order to offer six bespoke MP4-12C supercars.
According to the guys at jalopnik.com, all six units of the McLaren MP4-12C are part of the Project Alpha program and, the images posted below this article, which our source managed to grab from a reader, are showing some gloss black accents for the roof, fender louvers, a splitter, carbon fiber accents and an Alcantara interior. All six units of the McLaren MP4-12C Project Alpha will get the same performance as the regular version of the supercar. The models have been created by the same team which was responsible for the X-1 Concept revealed at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance two weeks ago.
