New York has recently seen what could be the end of a very impressive ride, the McLaren MP4-12C, as the supercar has been crashed in the city.
The driver of this exotic ride, the McLaren MP4-12C, has managed to hit almost every body panel on his supercar and it seems that the model in question has sustained a large impact towards the back. We have no clue on how the crash occurred or if the British supercar will ever return to its former glory, but according to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the incident took place in Brooklyn, New York.
The McLaren MP4-12C is the company’s response to supercars like the Lamborghini Aventador or the Ferrari 458 Italia. The model has a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout and it’s currently being offered in two body styles, coupe and roadster. The total output produced by the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine stands at 592 HP (441 kW) and 601 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to a seven-speed automatic dual clutch transmission, which is allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 2.9 seconds.
