McLaren has recently announced the opening of the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, showroom in September, in time with the company’s 50th anniversary.

The first supercar wearing the McLaren badges on its body which is expected to arrive in the new Kuala Lumpur showroom is the MP4-12C. The model is powered by the same engine found under the hood of the 12C Spider and the impressive P1, the 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8, which is producing a total output of 592 HP at 7,000 rpm and 443 lb-ft of torque, available between 3,000 and 7,000 rpm. The 0 to 62 mph sprint in the supercar takes 3.3 seconds and top speed stands at 205 mph. With the Corsa tire option, the acceleration time from 0 to 62 mph is cut by 0.2 seconds.
