A prototype version of the brand new McLaren P1 has been recently spotted at a gas station in the United Kingdom, where it was parked and it had no camouflage on its body.
McLaren fans out there, who admire the brand new P1 hypercar, should be glad to find out that the company is currently testing it and such a model has been spotted recently at a BP service station in England. The supercar in question was sitting quietly on a parking space and, as you can see from the images posted below, it didn’t have any camouflage on its body, being finished in yellow.
The final production version of the McLaren P1 has been officially presented to the public back in March, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere. The supercar in question was powered by a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, equipped with two turbochargers and backed up by an electric motor. The total output produced was 903 HP and 900 Nm of torque, sent to the rear-wheel drive through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The McLaren P1 is rivaling the Ferrari LaFerrari and the upcoming Porsche 918 Spyder.
