The McLaren P1 has been officially unveiled, in its final production form, more than a year ago, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. This is a hybrid supercar rivaling the Ferrari LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 Spyder, coming in with a two-door coupe body style and in a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Power is coming from a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 petrol engine, similar to the one found on the MP4-12C and on the 650S, but which has been updated. This is backed up by an electric motor. The total output produced stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 2.8 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 350 km/h (217 mph).
