McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has officially pulled the wraps off a custom 12C Spider, which has received numerous tweaks, which should make it more appealing to the model’s fans.
After seeing some pretty interesting vehicles such as the X1 or the MP4-12C High Sport over the years, since August 2011, when the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) was established, time has come to meet yet another custom vehicle, which is based on the 12C Spider. The model in question has been named the MSO 12C Concept and it’s coming with several tweaks, which include the front wing louvers, the rear wing vents or the redesigned hood.
According to the British based automaker, the supercar in question has also received some carbon fiber made roof, with a built-in snorkel, titanium wheel bolts, lowered water and oil filler caps, carbon fiber trim used in the cabin on the instrument cluster, a fresh set of lightweight wheels, specially made for this concept car, along with several other tweaks. Sadly we have no more details on this custom MSO 12C Concept but we expect the model to be brought to a major automotive event, over the following months. Don’t act too surprised either if you will see a limited 12C Spider edition with these modifications.
