The German based automaker Audi has recently unveiled the 2014 RS Q3, ahead of its public debut in March, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
As you can see from the photo gallery posted below, the 2014 Audi RS Q3 is getting an aggressive appearance with honeycomb grille inserts, with a new front bumper, with different side skirts, a redesigned rear bumper, a roof mounted spoiler, a roof spoiler, matte aluminum trim, 25 mm reduced ride height, high performance braking system, elliptical tailpipe and a choice of 19- or 20- inch alloy wheels. The cabin of the model is getting Alcantara / leather sport seats, alloy pedals, MMY infotainment system, carbon fiber trim, GPS nav, WLAN hotspot, 14-speaker Bose audio system, flat-bottomed steering wheel and more.
The most important part of the 2014 Audi RS Q3 is found under its hood where the 2.5 liter five-cylinder petrol engine is resting. The unit is producing a total output of 310 HP (228 kW) and it has a peak torque of 420 Nm (310 lb-ft), mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission, sending power to the Quattro all-wheel drive system. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is done in 5.5 seconds and top speed has been electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). Fuel consumption stands at 8.8 L / 100 km (32.1 mpg UK / 26.7 mpg US) and the CO2 emissions stop at 206 g/km. The official starting price of the 2014 Audi RS Q3 in Germany has been set at 54,600 euros.
