The very first official images of the brand new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible have been released by the car manufacturer, ahead of the model’s debut in Geneva.
The North American based automaker Chevrolet has already announced the debut of the brand new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible in Geneva but now the model is ending up in our news once more, in an official way, ahead of its official unveil, with the help of two images released by the car manufacturer. The drop-top version of the new Corvette generation is similar to the one of the coupe, except, of course, for the hard top.
In the engine compartment no modifications will be applied and the same 6.2 liter V8 engine will be found, with its total output of 450 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque (609 Nm), which is allowing the coupe to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 4 seconds. Additional details on the brand new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, on the 5th of March, when the model will be officially unveiled. In the meantime, you can check out the two photos posted below.
