Ford has released the first images with the 2014 Ka Concept, after the model in question has been officially unveiled in Brazil recently.
Ford Motor Co. is keeping us busy these days and after its luxury brand Lincoln has pulled the wraps off the 2015 MKC, in its final production form, time has come to meet yet another new vehicle, the 2014 Ford Ka Concept. The images posted below are actually the first ones to reach the web, after the model has been officially unveiled in Brazil. The Ford Ka Concept is a near-production car and it is previewing the next generation of the model, which will go on sale next year.
The 2014 Ford Ka Concept is looking just like we expected, like a smaller Ford Fiesta, with the already familiar Aston Martin-like front grille and the other tweaks. As far as the engine goes, rumors are saying that a 1.0 liter naturally aspirated three-cylinder unit will become available, with 80 HP (59 kW), along with a larger 1.5 liter unit, producing 111 HP (92 kW) on ethanol and 107 HP (79 kW) on gasoline. The new Ford Ka generation will first go on sale in Brazil and then it will be launched in other markets too. More details on the model are limited for the moment.
