The very first images with the all-new BMW 3-Series GT have recently hit the web and they are revealing the model with no camouflage on its body.
According to the guys at Bimmer Post, the two BMW 3-Series in question come in two different trim levels and they have been spied during a BMW video shoot. The images posted below are revealing what everyone was saying on the all-new BMW 3-Series GT, which is the fact that the model is getting the same front fascia as the F30 3-Series.
Our source is saying that the Silver GT is an M Sport model with M Sport front and rear bumper, side skirts, diffuser, braking system and 18-inch alloy wheels, while the Havana Metallic / Mojave Metallic GT is a Modern Line trim. The BMW 3-Series GT is expected to get the same engine lineup from the regular 3-Series F30, including the four-cylinder turbo diesel found on the 320d, the four-cylinder petrol turbo from the 328i and even the powerful six-cylinder turbo found on the 335i.
All engines will be mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission as standard and the final production version of the BMW 3-Series GT will hit the market in 2013, as a 2014 model year. The vehicle will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March and more details on it will be announced during the Swiss automotive event.
