The brand new BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition has been officially unveiled by the German based car manufacturer.
BMW’s newest creation may sound like going into the motorsport chapter, but that’s not really true because it may be called the M4 DTM Champion Edition but the model will be a limited run of the M4 Coupe. According to the company, the new model is celebrating the M3 Coupe DTM Champion Edition and it will become available in just 23 units, as a reference to the #23 number on the winning race car.
The automaker will be offering the same Alpine White body finish for all units of the M4 DTM Champion Edition and this will be tweaked by BMW Individual. It will stand out from a crowd easily thanks to the stripe design on the hood, to the M kidney grille with orange surrounds, to the black character lines, the CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) roof, carbon mirror caps or carbon rear spoiler and diffuser insert.
The BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition will also get the carbon front flaps, the black side skirt blade, the black front splitter, the Marco Wittman autograph on the door sill plates, some carbon trim strips, an M Performance handbrake lever wrapped in Alcantara, an Alcantara steering wheel, a serial number on the dashboard and 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels, amongst others. No pricing details have been announced yet.
