The first images with the brand new Infiniti ESQ have been recently released by the Japanese based automaker, ahead of its public debut which will be made in a couple of days.
Most of us have heard about the Infiniti ESQ before but those who didn’t will not be surprised either to see that this is basically a rebadged Nissan Juke, which will go on sale exclusively in China. The model in question will be officially presented to the public, in a premiere, on the 29th of August, during the Chengdu Auto Show, and it will go on sale from 200,000 yuan, or the equivalent of 32,500 USD.
If the fully loaded model is what you have in mind, than get ready to pay up to 300,000 yuan, or 48,700 USD, for this version. The vehicle is carrying the same design of the Juke Nismo, with its aggressive body, the large rear diffuser, the extended side skirts or the prominent spoiler lip. Under the hood, we will find the same 1.6 liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine, rated at 200 HP (147 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the wheels through a CVT. More details on it will be announced at the Chinese automotive event.
