The Mazzanti Evantra V8 has been officially presented to the public during the Top Marques Monaco 2013.
After starting its life in some teaser images, not too long ago, the Mazzanti Evantra V8 is now being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker officially pulling the wraps off its body, during the Top Marques Monaco 2013. The Italian supercar has a steel chassis and its future customers will be able to choose between aluminum and carbon fiber for its two-door coupe body. The model is sitting on 20-inch OZ alloy wheels, wrapped in Continental tires, 255/30 and 305/25 front to rear. Stopping power is provided by the 380 mm front discs, with six-piston calipers, and the 360 mm rear discs with four-piston calipers.
The most important part of the Mazzanti Evantra V8 is found under its hood, where the 7.0 liter V8 naturally aspirated engine is resting. This is producing a total output of 523 kW at 6,600 rpm and it has a peak torque of 848 Nm, available at 4,500 rpm. The Mazzanti Evantra V8’s engine is mated to a six-speed manual or to a sequential transmission, which is sending power to the rear-wheel drive, allowing the 1,300 kg supercar to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, before reaching a 350 km/h top speed.
