Mercedes-Benz has officially unveiled the GLE63 AMG S Coupe, after it has been previewed just a week ago.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has officially pulled the wraps off the new GLE63 AMG S Coupe, which has been designed in order to take on the BMW X6 M. The model in question has received an aggressive front fascia, with the single bar grille, the large air intakes, the gloss black flicks, LED headlights and the 22-inch alloy wheels. As far as the cabin goes, this has been basically carried over from the standard model, as expected, and we can notice the Nappa leather sports seats, flat bottomed steering wheel, revised instrument cluster, leather wrapped dashboard, piano or carbon fiber trim, heated and ventilated front seats, stainless steel pedals, Harman Kardon audio system and AMG branded floor mats.
The Mercedes AMG GLE63 S Coupe has been fitted with the AMG Ride Control sports suspension, with high performance braking with ventilated and perforated discs, with Sports Direct Steer steering system and several other tweaks. Under its hood we can find the 5.5 liter V8 engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 577 HP (430 kW) and it has a peak torque of 760 Nm (561 lb-ft) of torque, which is connected to the AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC transmission, sending power to the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. From 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h), the model needs 4.2 seconds. More details on it are limited at this time.
